Overcharged

Was travelling from jhb yesterday 01.09.2019 with a 2 year old child whom I was told she has to pay a full price and I did that when we got inside the bus I was told that the child doesn't have a sit we have to share one sit I had to fight with them to a point where they told me to go and sit in the front of the bus which I refused and told them that I can't sit with a 2 year old child in the front.I got home then I Googled what age do Eldo coaches start charging full price to the kids and it was 3 years I felt so cheated and so abuse by this.
