Over 2 hours late

We at Park station going to DBN and people that were supposed to leave at 9pm only left at 22:55pm. We are still waiting for the 10oclock bus 1hoir later, with no communication on what's going on. This will be the last time I use this service as it really poor. At this rate I don't expect this bus service to last too long.
