Nonsense service

This bus really disappoints, they cancelled a bus to my destination that time the tickets were bought well in advance and when they call to tell you that the bus is cancelled they don’t offer an alternative all they tell you is to apply for a refund that will take up to 21 days so it’s up to you to see how you travel. Mind you all this is done on the day of travelling.
