Non payment of refund on tickets

We were stuck on the road the whole day with no explanation and assistance while going to kzn …. We had booked return tickets so decided to cancel them to avoid another delay and disappointment. We cancelled the tickets on the Easter weekend and we still have not received our refund , no communication or anything from eldo coaches to date. Almost a whole month later.
