NO TICKET GIVEN AFTER PAYMENT

Purchased a ticket on the 18/03/2022 (Friday) online via their web portal - traveling from JHB to Durban . Money was taken out , and then I’m told invalid token - I contact Eldo coaches to inform them that I haven’t been sent an reference ir information. Tried calling them , no answer . Tried emailing , no response . It’s been over a week and I expect a refund . Luckily I found an alternative way back home .
