No service and refunds

I booked tickets over a week ago for late December. Unfortunately we can not make our trip anymore so I need to get a refund.

I called the numbers provided to me ( *** and ***) I and never get passed the caller nr 2 prompt... When I reach the 30min mark for holding on the say and I quote "we are sorry the person you are trying to reach is not available right now" and then my call gets dropped.

I wasted R150 just on airtime to no avail.

I then call the other number provided ( ***) then get told the number is no longer in service.

Then I call PnP Travel team Call centre on ***) and a very sweet lady answer and give me two email addresses. *** *** on which I sent a email to both and to no avail once again because there is no response.

I then go look for more contact numbers *** /4/5 on which they say no one is available or it doesn't even ring.

I am seriously disappointed in this can someone please contact me in regards to this problem? My contact nr is ***
