No respect of time and eldo customers/passengers.

I booked a bus from kokstad to east london on for the 03th of May 2019. The bus was said to depart at 19:30pm, I waited for more than an hour and there was no sign nor communication from the office as a courtesy to its customers as we arenpauing customers. The bus arroved at Kokstad wimpy bar at 20:40 and there was no apology from the bus drivers. There is no respect for customers and time.
