No respect for pensioner/cancer patient

Unprofessional and terrible service. My dad booked a 9am bus from JHB to DBN. The booking agent advised we should be ready by 7am but the bus was delayed 1 hour. Then my dad had to change buses at Park Station. He is a cancer patient who now has to carry his bags into the new bus. This bus services does not care for its passengers. Please read this before you book your next trip. If only I could give them half a star.
