No refund

This is a rip of company that never ever wants to refund your money but they are to quick to take it I cancelled My tickect in January on time as their requirements and till this day I have not received my refund and I sent multiple emails which no one even bothers to reply to and their call center never ever has any answers about my refund. Forever same story the have a backlog in refunds
