No customer service
My mother took this bus from Cape Town to Queenstown yesterday 17:15.The bus firstly does not have a system on how to get the passengers in the bus. The drivers are extremely rude the bus was extremely cold they have no idea how to adjust their air condition to a correct temperature to accommodate both driver and passenger. when asked to put it on a bit warmer they responded with its hot and the amount of money they pay is not that much to demand warm air con which I find that very unprofessional that is not the type conversation to have with customers.
