No communication/ service

Eldo bus was suppose to leave Kleksdorp 17:55 ariving in Welkom 19:25. After many calls to the call centre I was informed ona all the calls the bus is onroute to Carletonville... 20h00 The bus which supose to have left the destination wasnt even at the pick up point... Next day, I sent a e mail for a refund (as we didnt use the service) my e mail was ignored and also anothe 2 e mails... I have used most bus lines in South Africa but this was the worst..
