No care for their customer's safety.

Worst buses ever and they don't care about their clients at all. We had to wait an hour plus 30 minutes in Durban yesterday morning. Then when we got to JHB park station, we were told to get out and another bus is coming. We had to wait again for almost 2hours... Oh and I got ****** hence it was late. So thank you Eldo *******!
