No aircon in a very hot day

Worst bus ever. We almost died od heat and the drivers driving was questionable as the bus almost reversed into other trucks. My trip was very bad my two kids almost fainted because of no aircon people were sweating and had to force the driverr to call someone and make a plan with air as he didn't care he ignored us because he had a window next to him. Worst bus ever I hate it. You people don't care about our well being how so you send a bus with no aircon when its 33 degrees outside and u knw your buses don't have windows. You guys almost killed us. Never again.
