Nightmare Service

I bought a bus ticket and the bus was meant to leave East London @ 8:45pm, and it only got to East London @ 12:30am, All this time we are sitting outside at the windmill its cold and its not safe. As for me who just went to the doctor day before travelling with tonsillitis this was way too dangerous for my health. After all this waiting we were told they had a break down no one dares to keep us updated I had to keep calling and I spoke with Akhona,Vuyo and some other guy who wouldn't say his name properly. As if this was not enough after and hour we had to stop at the kei bridge and get off the bus and get into another bus still no one cares to explain as to what's happening until I start complaining. Now the cherry on top as late and delayed as we are the bus driver plays taxi and picks people up along the road without even considering our safety, and he says the bus won't report if he doesn't pull the hand brake. Its my first time using this bus and its my last.
