!!! NEVER WILL I EVER MAKE USE OF ELDO'S SERVICES !!!

I am so disappointed, words can not explain ! I booked 2 tickets from Cape Town to Pretoria, under circumstances I had to refund the tickets. The 3rd of October the consultant , Khomisani, sent me the forms. I sent it back with all the asked for information. I was told it would take up to 12 - 21 days. After the long wait I have called them almost 5 times and sent emails ! The first few tries I did not come through to them, the call would end on its own. Then I decided to call head office. The girl at head office started with helping me in a attitude , when I got mad , she acted like she is not there but I hear her breathing in the phone. I hang up and called the call centre again, after a lot of tries again I came through to a guy. I explained the whole situation to him and he sounded so promising and helpful "putting it through as Urgent". I AM STILL WAITING TWO WEEKS AFTER ! Today I called Eldo again and I was told to wait 10 days ( with an attitude again), I got mad and hang up. My boyfriend stepped in and called Eldo where the call center agent put the phone down while he was still talking! HOW RUDE CAN THE STAFF BE !!!!! After that I gave them a call again and then was told to check every Friday , because that is the days refund are being done !! I WILL NEVER EVER MAKE USE OF ELDO EVER OR ADVISE ANYONE TOO !
