Never book this bus ever!!!!!

The worst service ever, their busses are late and they stink of urine and their dirty seats are damp. Their call center is useless and their agents are rude. I cannot stress the poor maintenance of the busses and how it drives 20kms per hour and it smells like something is burning. They have no regard for human life and paying clients. Their drivers confirm that management is well aware of the state of their vehicles but do nothing to fix it!!!
