Need my refund from Eldo coaches

I have cancelled my booking due to poor service for 5 travellers on the 02 December 2022. The cancellation was done and submitted few days before travel. Until today I have not received my refund. The last person I spoke to from their call center told me that they don't refund people deliberately. All their stuff and management do that to people.
