My nightmare with Eldo Coaches

I traveled with Eldo Coache bus from 30/12/2021 from Cape Town to Klerksdorp. 1. In this pandemic they do even check your temperature, they guessing it out of their heads just to have records. There was no hand sanitizer as well. 2. The charging points on the bus were not working and toilet was dirty. 3. The bus left Cape Town at 13h00 which was the scheduled time, when we just passed Tousriver the bus started smoking inside and smelling as if something was burning. The bus driver stopped at about 40km towards Leinsburg and reported that the bus was over heating and they calling for help, it was round about 16h10 when we stopped. We were then told a mechanic was coming from Leinsburg, the mechanic arrived and declared that the bus engine was dead. We waited for another bus, and it came and we had to leave our luggage behind as it was stucked with the previous bus. We were told that our luggage will follow. From the 30/12/2021 till today 03/01/2022 i do not have my luggage still , my medication, my toiletry, clothes its a nightmare. I am so frustrated i only have the clothes that I was wearing when I traveled. They do not even communicate properly
