My money back!

<p>I posted the below complaint via facebook inbox and was told by the customer care agent Angela I will not be refunded. I will advise people I know to never use the company services ever again. They have ****** me of my R840, I paid for a service which I never received.</p> <p> </p> <p>My complaint read as follows:</p> <p> </p> <p>On friday the 23 june 2017 I bought 2 bus tickets from cape town to king williams town for my 2 uncles who live in khayelitsha, later that day I took them to the bus stop which we were advised by one of the eldo coach employees to wait at the bus stop opposite the somerset train station which we did. We got there at 18:30 to safe, we waited until 20:00 until we dicided to call one of the passengers who advised us the bus was passing Grabow from somerset. I ended up taking them to other low budget buses because they were attending a family funeral. I need to be refunded my 840 which I paid for the 2 bus tickets.
