Most unreliable coach services on the market

We booked a ticked on the express trip to Durban today, the coach was meant to depart at 8:55 and arrive in PMB at 14:15 this afternoon. We were at the bus terminal in Park station at 8:00 and stood in the line till 9:15 until the coach arrived. Not one staff member from Eldo coaches approached us to inform us of what was the cause of the delay, nor when the bus was arriving. After being checked in, we were advised that the coach that arrive was not the bus going to Durban, but later boarded us. The coach left at 10:00 and made multiple stop along the way - which was meant to be an express trip. The coach has not arrive in PMB as I type this review. To all passengers wanting to travel on Eldo coaches, kindly note that you cannot books any appointments on arrival as this company is totally unreliable. If you book, be prepared to be disappoint though out your trip. ***How I miss Grey hound*** And you would think this is an opportunity for other coaches to up there game and set a precedent in the market.
