Most disgusting service from Eldo Coaches

This is the worst vus service ever. I don't understand why is it even operating. Booked on a 21h00 bus to durban on the 26th Aprl. Still stuck in Johannesburg at 0300am with no correspondence from management or any ops team. Phone are always unanswered. Drivers and reservations consultants are clueless and dont even care about their passengers. Felt unsafe and regret every moment spent in this bus. Please cancel all routes for Eldo Coaches.
