Money back for a bus that is not Roadworthy

On the 26th March 2023 i bought a ticket from East London to Johannesburg, i have never seen such a disregard for customers. The bus left wind mill at East London 16:30. The toilets were not w0rking you couldnt flush or wash your hands. Lights are not working. Heaters are not working. Imagine being on a bus that doesnt have lights, nor A/C w0rking neither the toilets working for 13 hours. Even at jail prisoners are treated like this, it feels like apartheid era. Eldo coaches discriminates customers they know their customers in Eastern cape or East London 99 percent are black people their given trashy buses that are not roadworthy. When we purchased tickets we supposed to be told that the following are not working 1. Toilet 2. No Lights 3. No A/C 4. The bus is not road worthy So that you can buy it your own discretion. I want money back i dont have time for ****ty services. I should have been told i wouldnt have bought the ticket. I contact their customers centre they told me their concern is cameras only, as long as camera are working. The rest matters not. Regards Claude Smith ***
