Missing bag
My mother came from Springbok to Pretoria on the 23rd of December. When she got off in Midrand her luggage was missing but she still had the tag. W3 have called Eldo's numerous times and kept on taking her details with every call. I send an email to complain but no response as of yet...cn they be held liable and we must we do?
