Misrepresented by Eldo Buses and as a result I require a full refund

Bought a bus ticket at pick and pay (Durban) for 6 passengers (R1770.00). The bus was supposed to leave Durban on the 22nd of April at 7pm and arrive in Johannesburg at 2am. Guess what, when we arrived at Eldo offices (Durban) only one Eldo coach was available and couldn't fit an extra +-40 passengers, this clearly indicates that the happenings were not a mistake and also not a double booking but intentional misrepresentation. We were then transported by a star bus which drove 10 cases per 2hrs and ended up arriving in Johannesburg at 8am instead of 2am. I actually need my money back
