Misinformation by bus drivers

I am so disappointed in the service I received on the 26th August 2022.

I booked a bus to Johannesburg for my daughter and her friend - we went to the bus stop early enough for a bus that was to arrive at 20h35.

When the bus arrived, we were told that the bus is not going to Johannesburg but only to Midrand and Pretoria, we were advised to wait for another bus . We waited until 23h00 and decided to drive back home as there was no sign of another bus.

I need to be refunded and also a formal apology for this inconvenience.
