Luggage Lost.

Eldo is it true that luggage that we travel with in your bus is not your responsibility ....you lost my bag yesterday in the upington to jozi bus apparently it was left in kathu to a mrs cloete and you said u cant do anything about it I must talk to her so that I go and take it in Kathu.....of which you also lost mrs cloete's bags and she refuses to give me my bag before she gets hers from you.....what kind of company are u?....what kind of incompetence is this?

You have the audacity to tell me that luggage is not your responsibility...who's bus is it and who made the mistake of offloading my bag off the bus without my knowledge and consent....please dont play with fire cause u r gonna be burnt ...rectify this immediately or you will have bad publicity and also you will hear from my lawyer very soon!
