Low Budget Bus Liner

I am very disappointed in Eldo Coaches.

I've experienced unprofessional customer service last night at Park Station. My Bus for Cape Town was for 7 o'clock. When we got there they transport out of the Depot to go in a low budget Bus liner. The staff didn't explain us anything and made us as passengers furious. There is no toilets on the bus en I'm with my kids. I had to fight for my rights but still nothing has been done. We were on the plate form with the people that were going to Upington and they got a better bus then ours and they Travel distance was shorter than ours that are going to Cape Town.
