Lost my navyblue suitcase

I lost my suitcase January this year .I tried to call them they said i must check after 7days ,I checked again they said 21days .I went to the parkstation May they said i must go to the policestation for affidavit i did that.They gave me a claim form fill and sign it .They said i must wait for the insurance to call me since May now updates nothing. I'm still holding a sticker no suitcase
