Lost Luggage from ELDO Coaches

This is to express my deepest regret for using your bus services. You have spoiled my entire holiday. I did not know using your bus services would cause me such frustration. I took time in the year to plan this trip for me and my kids, only to loose my luggage because of your thoughtlessness and carelessness. Can you imagine arriving in the early hours of the morning hoping to rest and then having to run around looking for your luggage and then rushing up and down the police stations for statements and affidavits with restless kids and luggage, tires and hungry?? what a waste!! Now I had to sit and recall all the items I had in the luggage and compile this items list that is herein attached. I am asking myself what is the use of the luggage tags if a stranger can be allowed to collect a bag without producing proof that they are the rightful owners of the luggage? The driver had an assistant who I believe should assist in offloading luggage to the rightful owners, why was this not done?? My kids were restless after the 18hr trip from Cape Town to JHB and your drivers didn’t even care to assist when I told them. If this is a **** by Eldo Coaches to ***** peoples luggage rest assured I will be taking further action. Do you have any idea how frustrating it is to be without your clothing especially your undergarments, toothbrushes and toothpastes in your travel destination?? Plus an added un-budgeted expense of having to buy these things to get by?? Items that cannot be shared with anybody! I was really not aware that your service was this poor, it is in need of urgent and immediate attention and improvement. From the 18/12/2020 till now nothing happened from this people of ELDO Coaches I am still waiting. Hello Peter please help
