Lost laggage

I took a bus on 9.11.2020 from kuruman to Johannesburg, it was a night bus arrived at park Station around 4am. And when I arrived at my destination on the 10.11.2020, I found that Ive got a wrong laggage but same with mine.

And I emailed eldo coaches more than twice to explain my situation, but no respond tii now. I gave them the laggage number on the bag that is in my position which is *** for them to trace the owner as he mistakenly took mine. My laggage had very important documents. My contact no is *** or ***. Please assist in this regard.
