Left by Bus but i have paid

This is the second time i have bad experience with this people,they allow me to buy a tkts for a bus to Umtata but i was going to jump off in pietermaritzburg. I bought the tkt round about 4h30 pm and the bus was leaving at 6h15pm. When the bus was about to leave they sent the porter to ask me disembark the bus because its not going to drop me off in pmb. They could have asked the manager to to talk me nicely but no instead they took my luggage out of the bus and bus left me stranded just like that.without my concern and without finding me a solution for me how im going to get home.Instead they took my money and **** to us that they didnt know that the bus does not go via pmb but i have been taking this Bus whole of this year and last year.The manager called by Rasim was so rude to me didnt even care what im going to do. i had to go to the taxis as dark it was outside and afraid as i was..I am a very angry customer to think i have been supporting this people.
