Leaking Aircon

I was on one of the buses from PTA to PMB on Sunday 24th Nov. The buses aircon was leaking on me for a whole 8 hours. I have called in at their call centre and they gave me an email to lodge a complaint. I sent the email Monday today is Wednesday. I am bot sure what is up with their buses but o have never experienced such poor service. The bus was so slow and the urinal was filthy and broken. # blackfriday
