Late Refund / Lies / ABNARX

I have been waiting for my refund for 6 months. Lloyd Chetty (Supervisor/Manager) said I would have received it yesterday via email but I haven’t received it. However should my refund not reflect in my account later this evening, I am suing the company including Lloyd Chetty for the lies. I have all the proof via email that your supervisor and the ETA team said I would receive my refund yesterday. An entire 6 months waiting for what’s rightfully mine.
