Late bus

If i could give no star it would be the best way to describe my feelings at the moment about services not rendered. Been qaiting more than two hours forcthe bus seeing that i didnt receive any sms stating the bus would be late. Phoned but all the opperators are "busy". Would never again after this trip use an eldo bus. The others may be 15 min late if longer they sent the patrons an sms. But absolutely no communication from you. Worst i ever experienced since City to City
