Late bus

On the 19th of April I was waiting for a bus to upington from Johannesburg Park Station it was suppose to leave at 6pm and arrive at 5:30am on Wednesday.Instead, the bus came at 10pm no explanation and we got to upington around 9;30, no explanation of why the bus was late or any communication just a text message apologizing got the delay
