Koos was rude to my concerns and did not bother

I travelled from Durban to Johannesburg on Saturday, 13th June using Eldo Coach that departed at 21:00. It is with sadness and disappointment that the coach used had air condition not working. I was lying at home the whole day feeling sick and even now am still not feeling well from the cold experienced in that coach. Everyone in the bus complained about this condition and I felt sorry for the poor driver who rep**** by saying he was given it as it was, he doesn't get to choose the coach. <br> I would like to know if Eldo coaches management check their coaches for the satisfaction of their customers and do they care about the wellbeing of their customers? It is now winter and management should have made sure if at least coaches operating during the night have aircondition working. This is a result of negligence and unfair treatment to the loyal customers.<br> I would also like to request a refund for this trip as this is the negligence of Eldo Coaches. I would also like to emphasise that the problem happened before and I telephonically reported the matter and the person who answered the phone promise she would come back to me after speaking to the management and she didn't come back to me
