***' service and neglected bus request

The bus was set to leave Mthatha to Cape Town, the bus had a smell of Urine, No accondioner, the most disgusting one is the ****roaches on the bus. After Grahmstown the bus stuck, since then the driver was driving and stopping we could hear him reporting the matter but they sent a Machenic. In Colchester the bus stop, he was told to drive until PE when we get there it stopped since then we are stuck on the side of the road with the machine behind the bus. The sad part is the company not giving us a us to travel safe to Cape Town.
