It does not get worse than Eldo!!!

This has got to be the worst coach line ever. Today the bus from Pretoria to pietermaritzburg was at park station at for hours without any explanation. The Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. And no,this is not the first time this hut is delayed with no reasons or regard for their passengers

I have also cancelled earlier tickets. First told by staff to come back.as they had no.cash. on my third visit to the office was I told about a refund form. To date no communication received as their phonelines go unanswered.

Pity the business not even take these reviews seriously like they take our money!!
