Insect/ bug bites at Eldo Coaches buses.

I was a frequent user of their buses, until early this year when I experienced horrible insect bites while carrying my few months old baby. Other passengers too, half the bus. The poor driver obviously couldn't do much. My pain is that I made Eldo Coaches aware of this, they asked for pictures and that I email. I did just that and they acknowledged the receipt of the email but they never said a word after. I had to go to the doctor for allergy injection and cream to put on. Not even a mere apology. As a loyal customer to them I was and still am so angry and disappointed in them. No consideration for their customers at all.
