*********** STAFF AND MANAGEMENT!!

I was travelling from DBN to Jhb on Friday night 04-12.2015 with my family for the unavailing of the tombstone. There were six of 6 form Durban and we were going to pick up my sister in Pmb. However, the bus broke down whilst on our way to Pmb. We waited there for almost 2 hours before the mechanics could come and sort out the problem. We then took off again, but to my surprise it just went pass Pmb and never picked up my sister. I asked the driver about it and he told me that he had been instructed to not go to Pmb. He then contacted Henry who was the 23:00 bus driver & requested him to pick her up, but he never did. I have contacted several people regarding this, but all I am receiving are ***********, USELESS admin staff who are making me run from pillar to post! Not to mention the doggy management who have not bothered to contact me despite having made attempts to resolve this. ALL I WANT IS MY SISTER'S REFUND, THEN YOU GUYS CAN CONTINUE WITH THIS MICKY MOUSE BUSINESS OF YOURS & YOUR INEFFICIENT STAFF. I AM DONE WITH YOU, EVEN SA ROAD LINK WAS NOT THIS HORRIBLE MNX!!!
