Luggage Control!

This is the worst bus company to ever exist in South Africa!

The bus attendants admitted they gave away my luggage to someone else and dont even look at the luggage slips! I am appalled by this and for months costumer services have been avoiding me and dont even pick up my calls anymore. Eldo Coaches have been giving me the run around and have not compensated me in any way.

Ridiculous!
