Incompetence Poor service

Very bad experience by this company We were supposed to have taken a bus at 7:30 Am in Jhb parkstation that will arrive at our destination around 2:30 Yes we were se t the delaying Smses but after that no communication or whatsoever Went to complain to their consultant they gave us a so nasty attitude and when we asked about refund they said they do not give And then I started to engage with them on their WhatsApp and the consultant there was so arrogant and said " Their buses uses South African roads and there's traffic I Mean ??? They the bus arrives so everyone wants to see themselves gone , People from Pretoria who were dumped at park station from 6:30 so that they can be on our bus we were so many there and they sent only one bus, Then there was a stampit as everyone was frustrated, The bus driver called in police than the second bus arrives, we were pushing each other now just to get inside the bus Time is now 1:42 Pm 03/04/23 we haven't even reached out half way very poor service I mean delayed for 2 hours? Never again will I book this bus ever
