Inappropriate driving

I had a trip to East London from CPT on the 19th March, WOW i cannot believe how the driver drove this bus whether he thinks he has pets in the bus his driving is UNAPPRECIATED AT ALL. I wish these drivers would have their name badges on and have the company take actions.. this is really bad reputation against the company and not just for one person !

Secondly the bus i was on with my 2 kids , having to sit on a blady broken chair uncomfortably it is really disgusting how you opperate or treat your customers/passengers
