Im not happy with the service deliver this time

The buses windows were open and unable to close and im travelling with an 8 month baby . And when we approached the staff crew he tried closing it but was not successful . Passengers had to find a way to close the windows themselves when we got to Ventersdorpe travelling from Johannesburg Park station.
