If you live in a small remote town DO NOT try and book a bus ticket on ELDO COACHES.
worst customer service i have ever experienced from any bus service.Their online booking option does not work, after 21 minutes on the phone I still have no bus ticket.We live in a small town, we do not have an fnb bank or pep stores or shoprite or checkers,their system would not except my debit card number, and if i paid with eft from standard bank it would take 48 hours to reflect and i cannot pay @ the bus.So what is a person suppose to do in a instance like this.It was an emergency.Also could not speak to the manager but they took my cell for her to phone me back,......still waiting for that to happen to......meanwhile R80 in airtime poorer and no nearer to my destination...Shame on you for having no other options for rural villages.
