I will not travel with eldo again

I bought a bus ticket from eldo couches that board at 11h45 and got to the bus station on that particular time and found on that bus stop another bus with other bus company logo standing there, the bus made a u turn and never stopped again, now another bus came at 01h30 pm, we explained our grievences to the bus driver who then said we must give him 200, we called their call center and was told their resolution to our query is to buy another ticket,
