I WILL NEVER EVER BOOK ELDO COACHES!!!!!!

I booked a 9o'clock bus (Eldo coaches) from pretoria to durban, but we were picked up this horrible eldo coaches bus i have never seen in my entire life, more like they took a bus from the s**** yard and put the 'Eldo coaches' sticker. when we arrived in jhb they driver said he will transfer us to another bus, well i was relieved but i was in for a surprise! we were told to get into another bus called 'maharaj'..it was smelly, had 3 seater, the sun roof was broken, cold air getting in...it was the worse trip ever! i don't understand why i end up using a maharaj bus (whatever that is !) while i booked Eldo coaches, with no explanation whatsoever!...worse bus ever, i will never book it again!!!! never!
