I want my refund Eldo coaches

I have been sent fron pillar to post just to get my R450 refund from Eldos coaches.It's been over 5 weeks now but no one wants to answer when they will refund me.I submitted all the documents needed dron my side but it's now January 2020 still no refund and they charged me R100 admin fee but they can't refund me.They said to me it will take 7 to 21 working .When I go to their Lenasia offices even their consultants say they don't know why they don't want to refund people.Lot of their customers complain and there is nothing they can do.Please Eldo coàches i want my REFUND itz going for 6 weeks now.
