I want my refund.

On the 06 April 2023 I booked a bus from Pretoria 07:30 to Durban 16:30 but that didn’t happen,firstly it came late & it wasn’t even Eldo Coaches it took us to Park station which we waited there for hours & not even an SMS or Email was sent to us!!!then they took us out from the bus terminals to outside to go & get an unmarked bus which didn’t even have charging points ,and we left there at 10am.then this bus took us to Pietermaritzberg to go & get a worse bus that the one we came with.I’m honestly not happy with they’re service.!!!
