I want my Money

I booked 4 tickets from Durban to Pretoria on Monday the 10th of January 2022. The tickets were for the 12th of January 2022. Unfortunately my father passed away on the 11th of January 2022 while I was still at home in Margate. I called Eldo bus to cancel or reschedule my trip, no one answered the phone. I was on hold for more than an hour. The number that I was given to contact is ***. I also wrote an email to cancel and no response. Remember there are no Eldo offices in Margate. I went to their offices in Pretoria Bosman station on the 18th of January 2022 and I was given an email to send to which is *** and I sent an email on the same day. There has not been a response since then.
